Lieutenant Colonel Emily J. Desrosier, 107th Airlift Wing Medical Group Commander, was promoted to Colonel on Saturday of the September Unit Training Assembly. 107th Airlift Wing Commander, Col. John J. Higgins, administered the oath of office to Col Desrosier during the ceremony. Several other family and friends were present to witness the event.
