Niagara Falls Reserve Station --  The 107th Operation Group and 136th Airlift Squadron completed its week long (7-14 Mar) Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Aircrew Standardization Evaluation Visit (ASEV).

The HQ team grades Directive/Program compliance, and aircrew performance through flight evaluations and testing. Program grading is based on the five tier system, Outstanding, Excellent, Satisfactory, Marginal, and Unsatisfactory. The final unit grade is either Mission Ready or Unsatisfactory.

Special Interest Items were all found in compliance, the Standardization/Evaluation, Training, and Tactics programs passed earning two Excellent and one Satisfactory grade. Aircrew Performance earned an overall grade of Excellent with a 98% average on their testing, and 19 Qualification Level 1 (passing) Flight Evaluations, with one of them earning the highest grade of Exceptionally Qualified.

"All the shops pulled together as a team and stayed optimistic with the evaluation ". Said 2nd Lt. Justin Cecchini, 136th AS Navagator.

"Training was very prepared and mission ready for this evaluation". Said Tech.Sgt Katie Swanick, 136th AS Loadmaster.

Outstanding Performers are:
Training: Maj. Michael Galvin, 2nd Lt. Justin Cecchini, Master Sgt. Paul Restey and Tech. Sgt Katie Swanick.

Top Performer: Master Sgt. Susan Marrano.

Tactics: Lt. Col. Kevin Grom, Lt. Col. John Patterson, Maj. Andrew Witsil and Master Sgt. Timothy Griffin.

Stan/Eval: Lt. Col. Sean Arnold, Lt. Col. Todd Guay, Senior Master Sgt. Ray Fitzpatrick and Senior Master Sgt. Terri Santoro.

Exceptionally Qualified: Tech.Sgt David Carr.

Lt. Col. John Majewski from Headquarters Air Mobility Command gave the out brief and handed out the certificates of recognition.
